3. Data collected while browsing

As with any website, the web server automatically records some technical data in its access logs when pages and files are requested: IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referring page and browser/operating system identifier (user agent).

Purpose: to deliver the website, keep it secure and investigate abuse or attacks.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider's technical retention policy and no longer than necessary for security purposes. They are not used to identify visitors, except where required by a judicial authority to investigate crimes.

4. Data you send us by email

If you write to the addresses shown on this website, we receive your email address and any personal data contained in your message.

Purpose: to answer your request, for example product information, quotations or technical support.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other requests, our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: for the time needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then for the periods required by applicable tax and civil law.

Providing this data is optional, but without it we cannot reply.

5. Recipients

The website is hosted by Register.it, which processes the server logs described in section 3 on our behalf as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be accessed by personnel of the controller and by IT service providers that maintain our systems, all bound by confidentiality. Data is not sold, not disclosed for marketing purposes and not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@nanopulse.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
